How are your products designed?
Our products are silkscreen printed and/or embroidered from local resources in the USA.
Do you accept third-party designs?
No, all of our designs are created in-house by A Cut Above Athletic Wear LLC.
When do you release new designs?
Our goal is to be primarily customer driven, so we will release new designs as we receive feedback from our customers.
How long does it take to receive products?
Please allow us 2-3 business days to process your transaction. E-mail and/or text alerts will be generated to keep you up to date on your order status.
How often do you re-stock inventory?
Re-stocks occur based on demand. If a particular item appears as sold out, please check back in a few days for an updated inventory list.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay.
What shipping methods do you use?
All of our products sold in the USA are shipped via the USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, however the customer will be responsible for all taxation and shipping fees to their desired country. Your package will be serviced by DHL.
How do I care for my products?
To care for your products and prevent shrinking, please wash items in cold water, hang dry, and do not iron graphics.
Is there a sizing chart?
Products are mostly standard cut, unisex sizes from S-2XL. Please email us if you would like exact dimensions for any item. The Gameday Tee tends to run large, so please order accordingly.
What is your refund policy?
Please refer to our "Refund Policy" tab for more information.
How secure is your online store?
If choosing to pay via credit card, our store is completely backed by Shopify. Your data will be stored and encrypted temporarily until your purchase is complete.
Do you need an account to order from our store?
No, you are not required to have an A Cut Above account to purchase items. Although, we do recommend you create an account to be kept up to date on the latest news and information.
